Transcription: All airline engineering departments are besieged by paper. We in British Airways Engineering receive about eight million pages a year. Maintenance manuals, wiring diagram manuals, IPCs and all of that kind of stuff. Quite clearly in the modern electronic age it doesn't seem appropriate to continue to manage all of that as paper with the massive distribution and logistics problems that that actually gives us.
